1. Booking and Deposits
Booking Fee: Non-refundable booking fee or deposit to secure the date. This amount is 30% of your total amount. Please understand that your date can not be held or secured until a deposit is received.
Payment Schedule: Final Payment is due the day of the wedding by 9A.M. Any additional add on’s such as lashes or lip products can be purchased that day.
Accepted Payments: Cash, E-Transfer, or debit card/credit card. Please note, ALL digital payments will have tax added on top.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances of cancellation due to the understanding that you are securing a spot that another wedding party could have used. If you choose to move the date of your wedding, and I am available, deposit can be transferred onto that date as long as it is within 90 days.
Refund Policy: No Refunds.
3. Trial Sessions
Trial Makeup: Trial sessions are $150, Requiring a 30% deposit for appointment date. Trial includes a consultation to discuss all bridal details.
Cancellation of Trial: No refund for deposits, but can be transferred to another date if needed. Must cancel 48hrs in advanced to transfer deposit fee.
4. Travel and Accommodation
Travel Fees: 0.90/km Travel fee. Fee is charged both directions if the location is over 40km away.
Accommodation: Destination weddings require accommodation and flights paid for as well as bridal cost on top. 50% deposit required for destination. Non-Refundable.
5. Health and Safety
Allergies and Sensitivities: Request information about any allergies or sensitivities in advance to ensure safe product use.
Hygiene Practices: All brushes and products are triple sanitized with makeup cleanser, 90% alcohol, brush shampoo. All hygiene certifications have been surpassed.
8. Client Responsibilities
Timeliness: Please be punctual and inform GIAN Makeup of any changes in the time/location/schedule. Please be mindful when booking your date that if changes are made, this could affect the travel fee.
Communication: Request clear communication regarding any special requests or changes.
9. Photos and Social Media
Use of Images: All photo’s or video footage have the potential to be used for social media and website.
Client Consent: Please sign form online.
10. Complaints and Disputes
Resolution Process: All issues can be candled via email or over the phone. Please specify if you like or dislike something about your makeup the day of, to avoid any issues and leave with happy results.
11. Weather and Emergency Conditions
Inclement Weather: Deposit can be moved to a further date.
Emergency Situations: Deposit can be moved to a further date.
Comments
